Kevin was formerly the Managing Director of Falcon Funding, a subsidiary of The Falcone Group. As Managing Director he was responsible for overseeing the acquisition, entitlement, and development of numerous projects. Before his time with Falcon Funding, Kevin was the Director of Acquisition for Toll Brothers, Inc. (TOL-NYSE) in Florida, and also served as an associate and real estate acquisition analyst with Starwood Capital Group, a Greenwich Connecticut investment firm.

Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Kevin is a graduate of The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Business Administration and also holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Miami.

Kevin served with the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1991 as an enlisted Marine, he completed Officer Candidate School and ended his military service as a Lieutenant.

Kevin resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife Terri and their two children, Kevin and Katherine.
     
     
   
Rick Robinson has extensive experience handling all aspects of Land Development from land use entitlement to completing master site development for numerous projects. Rick holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Science Degree.

With the United States Air Force from 1984 to 1991, Rick served as a fighter pilot and a program manager for a multi-million dollar joint United States-Canadian program. During Operation Desert Storm, Rick completed thirty seven combat missions in Iraq and ended his active military service as a Captain with five Air Medals.
     
     
   
Matthew Schindel is a seasoned professional with an extensive business and legal background. He spent nine years under affiliation with reputable law firms, representing public and private real estate and business entities in all capacities. As General Counsel Matthew has experience in preparing all manner of documents and contracts relating to the formation and ongoing business operations of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and their related real estate development activities. Matthew has structured numerous real estate acquisition and development transactions and conducted a significant number of complex commercial lending transactions, as well non-conventional equity offerings and capital raises for acquisition and development financings.

Matthew remains an active member of the Florida Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, as well as the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit.
